Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Surgical Technologists (CSTs) to join leading California hospitals on travel assignments. The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons during operative procedures, maintain sterile fields, prepare instruments and supplies, and ensure safe and efficient surgical operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
- Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures
- Perform surgical counts and assist with room turnover
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments
- Support surgeons and operating room staff throughout procedures
- Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
- Assist with orthopedic, vascular, trauma, robotics, neuro, general surgery, ENT, GYN, and specialty cases as applicable
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of Surgical Tech experience
- CST Certification preferred
- Current BLS Certification required
- Operating Room experience required
- Experience in Orthopedic, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics, Neuro, or General Surgery preferred
- Travel experience preferred for some assignments
