Job Description:
- Oncology patient navigator assignment.
- Case management exp. HS diploma/GED (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Experience in health care setting working directly with patients (preferred). Excellent oral and written communication skills (required). Bilingual (Spanish) (preferred). Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) (required).
- Diverse and culturally sensitive customer service skills (required).
- COVID Vaccines required
