Primary Function of Position:
The Senior Financial Analyst, US & Canada Revenue Planning position plays a critical role helping senior sales and finance executives drive strategic business decisions. You will develop strong partnerships with functional leaders, delivering actionable, data-driven insights that influence commercial strategy and growth. You will also perform core FP&A tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, while overseeing the US Commercial P&L. This role interacts with multiple executive stakeholders and provides a unique opportunity to shape the company’s commercial success.

The target base compensation ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1:$129,600 - $186,400
Base Salary Range Region 2: $110,200 - $158,400

Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Execute budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities for revenue and sales commissions
- Examine and model revenue metrics, identifying trends and presenting actionable insights
- Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives, including new product launches
- Maintain and enhance revenue models in partnership with commercial and finance teams
- Deliver in-depth, actionable insights to drive measurable performance improvements
- Design and maintain insightful revenue dashboards and reporting tools
- Drive efforts to streamline recurring processes and maximize efficiency
- Support internal goal setting and performance tracking
- Examine complex business challenges using internal and external data sources
- Mentor and help junior analysts
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience involving statistics, modeling, and reporting
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
- High level of inquisitiveness, self-motivation, and accountability
- Exceptional statistical skills with solid business acumen and ability to derive insights from large datasets
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Effective collaborator with skills in lateral leadership, relational communication, and presentations
- Highly organized with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and succinct manner
- Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency with dashboard creation and data visualization tools
- This role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in Tableau
- Proficiency writing SQL queries preferred
