Role Description The Vice President, Investment Banking, will lead and execute private placement and advisory mandates, including equity and debt financings for private and public company clients. This full-time, on-site role in Boston, MA involves managing deal processes end-to-end, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction structuring, due diligence coordination, and preparation of investor materials. The Vice President will interact directly with clients and investors, oversee junior team members, and contribute to business development through idea generation, pitch preparation, and relationship management. The role also includes monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, and helping refine the firm’s product offerings and positioning.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Investment Banking, with demonstrated experience in capital raising and transaction execution.
- Advanced Financial Modeling skills, including valuation, scenario analysis, and capitalization/return modeling.
- Proven Due Diligence capabilities, including document review, data room management, and coordination with legal, tax, and other advisors.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, assess risk/return profiles, and present clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing pitch books, investor presentations, and investment memos.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members and working in small or entrepreneurial deal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or similar credential is a plus.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with a strong client-service orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
