We are seeking a Senior Space Systems & Test Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support U.S. Space Force (USSF) missions through senior-level technical leadership, strategic engagement, and operational execution. In this role, you will serve as the lead authority for space systems, integrated test and evaluation, and digital engineering initiatives aligned to national security space objectives.
As a Senior Space Systems SME, you will help shape and execute growth and technical strategies across space domain awareness, missile warning and tracking, and operational test and training infrastructure environments. You will engage directly with government stakeholders across USSF and Space Systems Command (SSC), including organizations operating under the Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) construct such as Delta 11 and Delta 12. You will work within digital engineering, modeling and simulation, test‑as‑a‑service, and data‑driven decision‑support capabilities.
You will provide senior technical leadership across digital engineering, MBSE-informed architectures, modeling and simulation, live‑virtual‑constructive (LVC) environments, and space system integration activities. You will support opportunity shaping and capture across IDIQs, OTAs, and rapid prototyping pathways, advise internal leadership on space architecture trends and funding mechanisms, support proposal development, and mentor internal teams to expand space-domain expertise. The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $230,000 annually. Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
