We are seeking a Production Engineer/Analyst to support missile program production efforts. You will review missile manufacturing planning and missile manufacturing proposals. You will be responsible for reviewing defense system production planning and you will report your findings in an independent work environment. You will be operating in a fast-paced environment and engaging with various levels of stakeholders to ensure the production planning is capable of meeting program requirements.
On a typical day, you can expect to participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT) with government, military and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) teammates; review production planning from OEMs; analyze production proposals from the OEMs; and respond to questions from government stakeholders. You will be interacting with the government project office and the OEM manufacturing and engineering staff.

Required
- BS or BA degree
- 12 years' experience in defense manufacturing, reliability and/or industrial operations
- Some travel
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
- Experience with defense system production planning
- Experience with production proposal evaluation
- Experience with Production Line Validations (PLV) and First Article Inspections (FAI)
