We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who will directly support US Army customers in an ongoing Quality Assurance task for a variety of military products. You will manage complex programs to ensure priorities are properly assessed and addressed to meet requirements, verify compliance, and ultimately deliver high quality items to the warfighter. This role is responsible for managing taskers across multiple task tracking systems and assist with day-to-day operations across the department. You will also be responsible for efficiently tracking, managing, planning, and coordinating activities to ensure task completion. The tasks will be related to Quality Surveillance and Verification activities including numerous types of audits, Product Quality Assessments (PQAs), First Article Testing (FAT), and National Maintenance Programs (NMP). To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, communicate effectively across a variety of technical disciplines and geographic locations, creative solutions to realize efficiency and improve program efficiency, and a detail-oriented perspective. The end result will be identification and removal of non-conforming parts and materials to ensure Army programs are able to succeed in their mission.

Required
- BS or BA degree
- 7 years of related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Experience with Power BI
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
