Summary:
As a Composite Tech your primary focus will be manufacturing and assembling large to small scale components for our Lunar Lander vehicle within our Structures team. Your role will involve handling, cutting, and bonding various composite panels and laminates. Assembly of composite components into various sub-assemblies. You will be exposed to a wide range of hand tools and precision tools.
Required Education or Experience/Skills:
- Composite Certification and/or 1 years of composite experience
- Demonstrate Mechanical aptitude
- Attention to Detail
- Able to work in a team environment
Desired Education/Experience/Skills:
- Wide range of composite experience
- Familiar with 3D CAD Software
- Understanding of engineer drawings (GD&T)
- Experienced with drilling, sanding, and cutting composite products
- Familiar with precision tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Motivated self-starter and willing to learn and develop
