Job Description: Senior Sales Leader – Life Science

Location: Boston MA

Employment Type: Fulltime

Role Purpose

Responsible for driving growth across new logos and accounts in Life Sciences by aligning Infocepts’ capabilities with client business needs.

  • Partner with delivery and pre‑sales teams

  • 15 years of LS / Pharma sales experience
  • Fortune 500 client exposure
  • Strong Data & AI solution selling background

Minutes of Client Meeting – Sales Leadership Hiring Discussion

  • Discussion initiated around opening two strategic sales leadership roles focused on Media & Entertainment and Life Sciences verticals.
  • Both positions will require a balanced mix of hunting (new logo acquisition) and farming (account growth) responsibilities.
  • Media & Entertainment role to be focused across New York, New Jersey, and Los Angeles markets.
  • Life Sciences sales role to be primarily aligned to the Boston ecosystem considering strong pharma and biotech presence.
  • Team emphasized the importance of hiring candidates with strong domain specialization, not generic sales experience.
  • Media candidates must demonstrate genuine industry flair, relationships, and ecosystem understanding beyond surface-level exposure.
  • Strong expectation set around new client acquisition, especially for the Media role with a proposed 70–80% hunter profile mix.
  • Leadership clarified that new logo commissions will remain uncapped to encourage aggressive revenue generation.
  • Compensation strategy will remain above industry standards, however detailed percentage structures will not yet be disclosed to candidates.
