We are looking for a Staff Recruiter to join our People and Places (P&P) team. In this role, you won’t just fill seats; you will act as a strategic talent advisor for the various teams within the P&P organization such as HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and People Experience, using data and AI to solve complex hiring challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to P&P leadership, deeply understanding their 1- and 3-year business plans to translate organizational goals into outcome-driven recruitment strategies
- Leverage technology and AI tools to automate routine tasks, summarize interviews, and proactively identify top-tier passive talent.
- Use internal and external market intelligence to build compelling narratives for hiring managers, helping them diagnose talent gaps and make informed, high-impact hiring decisions
- Act as a "steward" for top talent, looking for opportunities to develop long-term relationships and guide candidates to the right opportunities at the right time.
- Role model Intuit’s "Stronger Together" value by embedding diversity and inclusion into every stage of the hiring process, ensuring a fair and delightful experience for every candidate
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset by staying at the forefront of talent acquisition trends, evaluating new tools, and sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
- Experience: 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth dynamic setting, with a strong preference for experience hiring for G&A or People/HR functions within the tech industry
- AI Fluency & Growth Mindset: A passion for technology and a proven ability to integrate AI into your daily workflow to enhance strategic hiring outcomes
- Data Insight: Proficiency in using data and talent market intelligence to forecast hiring needs and influence best practices
