We are seeking a Fraud Analyst to join our Trust & Safety Policy team. In this role, you will take ownership over fraud & content moderation policy & strategy for Mailchimp, and lead high scale projects that include a tight collaboration with global teams (Analytics ,Product, Data engineering, AI/ML, R&D, Compliance). Your primary responsibility will be to establish policies & constant optimization while getting sound decisions that balance risk, user experience and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Fraud Intelligence & Pattern Detection — Transform complex data into actionable insights by identifying emerging fraud patterns, attack vectors, and abuse trends across Intuit's product ecosystem, with a focus on Mailchimp content moderation and product abuse.
  • Policy Development & Optimization — Establish, refine, and continuously optimize fraud and content moderation policies, making sound, data-driven decisions that balance risk mitigation and user experience
  • Cross-Functional Program Leadership — Lead high-impact, large-scale initiatives, driving tight collaboration across global teams
  • Stakeholder Communication & Influence — Communicate regularly with leadership, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders — translating analytical findings into clear, business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience doing a quantitative analysis, among them, min 2 years of experience in e-commerce, payments or financial  services -  Mandatory
  • Rich experience in SQL, specifically on your current role 
  • Orientation to AI advanced tools and passion to optimize existing processes 
  • BA/BS in Industrial engineering/Economics/Accounting/Similar field- Advantage 
  • Background in content moderation / community - Advantage
  • Able to express your thoughts and ideas in a fluent and clear manner
  • Able to lead a project, independently and with quick decision making
  • Proactive, strong  “can do” approach 
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills
