Responsibilities
Design Strategy and Leadership:
- Define and own the design strategy for prioritized growth initiatives, ensuring
- Meaningfully contribute to evolving Intuit’s Design System and practices as you test, learn, and iterate on the customer experience.
- Develop a clear design vision and roadmap across multiple time horizons,
- Serve as a lighthouse example for understanding, identifying, and executing
the Product organization.
Team Leadership And Collaboration
- Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, fostering strong
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and business leaders to ensure
- Provide mentorship and thought leadership within the team, cultivating a culture of
User-Centered Design And Experimentation
- Leverage customer insights and data to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are deeply rooted in customer empathy and address real user needs.
- Develop and implement design experiments to test hypotheses, iterating rapidly

Experience:
- 7 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of driving growth through user-centered design and experimentation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, product
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence other Design, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering leaders to drive outcomes.
- Deep customer empathy and a strong commitment to customer-centricity, serving as a fierce advocate for customer needs throughout the design process.
- Thorough understanding of business fundamentals and how tasteful design impacts growth metrics and business outcomes, enabling alignment between design initiatives and organizational goals.
