Senior Program Coordinator, Executive Customer Engagement

This role owns the coordination of Intuit's executive-level customer engagement program including  scheduling and staffing customer meetings, site visits, and briefings for senior leaders (including CEO- and CSO-level engagements), and running logistics for marquee events such as Intuit Connect. The role is the connective tissue between sales leadership, the Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) network, and external partner firms, and requires sound judgment handling sensitive executive and customer information. 

Responsibilities

• Executive meeting coordination: build agendas, confirm attendee lists, and manage scheduling (including reschedules and cancellations) for executive-level customer meetings and site visits.
• Briefing materials: prepare and distribute customer briefing documents ahead of executive meetings so leaders arrive with the right context.
• EABP network coordination:  partner with the Sales Executive Assistant Business Partner network to confirm staffing and availability for major customer engagements and events.
• External partner logistics: serve as the point of contact for external partner firms (e.g., accounting/ProAdvisor firms, VARs) on meeting scheduling and logistics.
• Event & conference operations: own Executive Engagement logistics for major internal events (e.g., Intuit Connect), including staffing nominations and coordinating with the EABP team; support recurring executive meeting series, including on-site logistics such as room setup and scheduling windows.
• Leadership materials:  build and edit decks and briefing documents supporting leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in program/project coordination, executive support, or event operations, ideally in a corporate or sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise judgment with minimal oversight 
• Strong organizational skills and comfort coordinating across multiple executives and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive executive and customer information; comfort operating in high-visibility, low-margin-for-error settings.
• Proficiency with Slack, Outlook/calendar tools, Google Workspace, and presentation/deck creation.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and last-minute changes across concurrent executive workstreams.
