Simply put: t4i is how Intuit works. We connect people, technology, and purpose — building the systems that make Intuit’s mission possible.

About The Role

We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of t4i’s most critical, complex, and high-impact technical initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution and requires deep program management expertise, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive clarity and momentum across highly ambiguous problem spaces.

As a Technical Program Manager in t4i, you will operate as an AI-native orchestrator, leveraging AI to continuously synthesize program signals, identify emerging risks, and accelerate decision-making across complex enterprise initiatives. You will combine human judgment with AI-enabled insights to proactively drive alignment, remove friction, and improve portfolio outcomes. Success in this role requires not only delivering programs, but continuously evolving how programs are delivered through experimentation, automation, and scalable operating practices.

You will steward enterprise-wide programs that span multiple platforms, organizations, and stakeholders. Partnering closely with t4i Product Management, Engineering, Segment Business Units, and Corporate Functions, you will bring focus, discipline, and speed to execution while influencing senior leaders, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will define and deliver programs that are foundational to how Intuit delivers, scales, and transforms its internal platforms at the enterprise level.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate program challenges, organizational friction, and dependency risks before they impact delivery.

Operate as an AI-Native TPM

  • Leverage AI capabilities to continuously synthesize program signals, stakeholder inputs, risks, dependencies, and readiness indicators into actionable insights.
  • Shift program management from periodic reporting to continuous visibility and proactive intervention.
  • Apply AI as a strategic thought partner to evaluate options, pressure-test assumptions, identify emerging risks, and accelerate decision cycles.
  • Maintain accountability for outcomes by combining AI-generated insights with sound judgment, stakeholder context, and business expertise.

Drive Predictive Program Management

  • Establish mechanisms that provide early visibility into program health, stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and execution risk.
  • Identify patterns across programs and proactively address issues before they become escalations.
  • Develop data-driven narratives and recommendations that enable leaders to make faster, better-informed decisions.
  • Partner with teams to move from reactive issue management toward predictive planning and execution.

Scale Impact Across the Organization

  • Design and implement repeatable frameworks, operating models, workflows, and best practices that improve execution across programs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or eliminate manual coordination activities that do not require human judgment.
  • Contribute to the evolution of TPM craft, helping define and scale AI-native program management practices.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

Lead Through Influence and Change

  • Build trusted relationships across technical and business organizations to drive alignment and organizational change.
  • Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational complexity while maintaining momentum toward outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels through data-driven recommendations, compelling narratives, and principled decision-making.
  • Serve as a force multiplier by helping teams operate with greater clarity, accountability, and velocity.

Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and AI-powered workflows as part of core program management practices.
  • Ability to use AI as a thought partner to accelerate analysis, improve decision quality, surface risks, and enhance program execution.
  • Track record of building scalable operating mechanisms, frameworks, or ways of working that improve team and organizational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to challenge traditional approaches in pursuit of better outcomes.
  • Ability to balance AI-generated insights with sound judgment, business context, and stakeholder needs.
