Responsibilities
Strategy, roadmap, and outcome ownership
- Define and execute a customer-backed growth strategy, owning prioritization of the highest-impact customer journeys across onboarding, activation, and revenue expansion
- Build and own a balanced short- and long-term roadmap that connects experimentation learnings to durable business outcomes
- Help define and establish the team’s identity and operating model as we scale the product growth muscle to accelerate monetization and active use across our customer base
- Directly accountable for delivering business outcomes, driving incremental revenue, active use, and retention
- Drive a high-velocity experimentation culture — own the A/B testing roadmap within the product experience, from homepage and onboarding flows to subscription and billing surfaces
- Leverage deep analysis of customer behavior, funnel analytics, and ML models to surface opportunities and build the right feedback loops
- Define and track North Star and operational KPIs (e.g., activation rates, engagement uplift, ARPU) and use them to sharpen prioritization decisions
- Use AI tools to accelerate experimentation cycles and synthesize customer insights at scale — from roadmapping to hypothesis generation
- Build and ship AI-first product experiences, including personalization engines and predictive engagement models that drive customers into the right product surfaces at the right time
- Leverage GenAI for productivity across discovery, customer insight synthesis, and cross-functional alignment
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and growth marketing to deliver innovative, scalable solutions
- Serve as the connective tissue between product growth and growth marketing — aligning on where each discipline plays and how they reinforce each other
- Influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clear, data-backed narratives and a strong point of view
- 8 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on product-led growth, funnel optimization, or growth engineering in a B2B or SaaS environment
- A genuine product growth muscle — you think in experiments, feedback loops, and iterative customer journeys, not just feature launches
- Deep expertise in experimentation and A/B testing within product experiences, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in activation, engagement, and retention
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with behavioral data, site analytics, and funnel metrics — you dig into how customers actually use the product, not just what they say they want
- Experience with AI/ML-driven personalization and predictive engagement models, and a working understanding of how to apply these within a product growth context
- Excellent communication and influence skills — you can rally senior executives and cross-functional partners around a clear strategy and a compelling point of view
- Comfort working in ambiguity and early-stage org building; you've helped stand up or scale a product growth function before, or you're ready to
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
