We are seeking a highly motivated and expert Warehouse Manager to be responsible for the new LA Clippers' Retail Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, live sports/concert operations, a focus on retail technology/innovation, operational excellence, and experience growing a new business.
The Warehouse Manager will supervise all aspects of our new retail warehouse at the Intuit Dome, including the processing of incoming retail inventory, layout/organization of all warehouse spaces, and eCommerce fulfillment. This leader will be responsible for meeting operational efficiency goals, identifying and acting upon areas of opportunity, managing a team of full-time managers and part-time teammates, and serving as the business lead for in-arena retail warehouse needs. The Warehouse Manager will demonstrate excellent management and peer relationship skills and be able to work with many cross-functional partners; specifically, the eCommerce manager.

What You Will Do
- Lead all aspects of all retail warehouse operations for physical retail locations and online.
- Manage a team of full-time managers and part-time warehouse teammates to complete day-to-day warehouse tasks.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for warehouse employees centered around game days, non-game days, concerts/events, and other retail cycles.
- Inbound inventory - prioritization & processing, verifying the accuracy of shipping invoices.
- Outbound inventory - online orders, returns, and damaged goods.
- Tag all inventory with RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification).
- Complete routine inventory cycle counts with RFID technology.
- Warehouse organization, maximizing storage space allotted.
- Efficient distribution of inventory through the arena
- Manage inbound e-mails regarding eCommerce orders
- Supervise/Assist with retail operations when needed.
- Supervise/Assist with concert/event operations when needed.
Your Background, Skills and Experience
- 5-7 years of warehouse leadership experience (Warehouse Manager or above)
- Sports arena/event venue operations experience preferred
- eCommerce fulfillment experience
- Customer service/order issue resolution experience
- Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
- Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
- Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays
- Lift/move boxes weighing up to 50lbs.
- Be able to stand for up to several hours at a time.
- Work in a typical dry warehouse environment.
Compensation
- The range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
