About Us:
We’re an AI-native startup backed by top-tier VCs (including Eric Schmidt’s fund). Our team includes Berkeley AI Lab researchers, MAANG engineers, and repeat founders. We’re building synthetic AI engineers for industrial users, starting with mechanical, chemical, electrical, and EPC engineers. Our customers include some of the largest energy and manufacturing companies in the world.
We’ve proven value in top-down deployments. Now, we’re activating our bottom-up, product-led motion.
Why This Role Exists:
We’re looking for a highly intelligent, resourceful growth hacker to own early lead generation and support product-led growth experiments. You’ll work side-by-side with product and GTM teams to reach technical users in clever and efficient ways, to:
- Scrape or source high-signal leads from LinkedIn, Reddit, forums, conference lists, and Slack/Discord groups
- Launch and test outbound/email campaigns, referral workflows, and landing page variations
- Suggest experiments for onboarding, signup, or virality that can help grow our free user base
First 30 Days:
- Deliver 100 qualified leads
- Identify the 5 most active communities where the ideal users spend time
- Launch 3 outbound/email campaigns with tailored segments
- Contribute ideas on optimizing landing page, onboarding, or referrals based on experiments and feedback
