System Technician Position
We are looking for a skilled System Technician to join the team and deliver exceptional service to clients. This isn’t just a support role; it’s your chance to make IT personal. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, tackling a wide range of technical challenges, building lasting relationships, and keeping businesses running smoothly. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, growth-minded team that values learning, ownership, and happiness, all while improving the way our clients experience technology.
System Technician Primary Responsibilities, Activities and Results:
- Manage and resolve support tickets following documented processes and service standards

Provide best in class client support through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions
Provide on-site support at client offices as-needed in the Dayton region (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits depending on client needs)
Effective cross functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate resolutions

Resolve hardware, software, and network issues on workstations, servers, and mobile devices

Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (once every couple of months on average)

Assist with project implementations as needed

Document processes, solutions, and client environments in our knowledge base
Technical Qualifications:
- Strong experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management
- Basic understanding of networking concepts

Salary and Benefits:
The starting annual salary range for this position is $52,000 - $57,000. We offer medical, dental and vision healthcare coverage for employees and eligible dependents, 3 weeks paid time off, 7 paid holidays, 401k with 4% employer match, $200 monthly cell phone and home internet reimbursement, employer-provided life and disability insurance coverage, and an employee stock ownership plan.
