Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Support Professional to join our outpatient mental health clinic. As an CSP, you will play a vital role in supporting patients' health and well-being, working closely with our psychiatric team.
Introspect is an outpatient mental health clinic focused on the treatment of trauma. We pride ourselves on our compassion and customer service. This person would work directly with our psychiatry team.
Responsibilities
- This is a remote position in person 2-3 hours per day, 5 days per week, being flexible on days in based on patient and provider need.
- MUST have excellent customer service skills, friendly, timely, engaged, cooperative, accommodating.
- Reviewing faxes for prescription refills, alerting providers to the requests.
- Scheduling patients
- Sending releases of information and requesting records
- Checking in patients
- Reviewing intake paperwork and ensuring its completion
- Responding to voicemails, messages and phone calls same day
- We aim to have a 24-48 hour turn around
Qualifications
- Experience in mental health field
- Bachelors or Associate degree preferred
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
