Job Description: 

Intrinsic is looking for a skilled and self-motivated UX Designer that is passionate about building new products and loves to exceed the expectations of customers. As a UX Designer you will help us identify and implement new and exciting UX features to deliver to our customers and bring our products to the next level! Please note that this posting is intended to identify qualified individuals for an upcoming contract opportunity. Employment is contingent upon contract award. 

As a team member, you will: 

• Drive collaborations between the development and business teams to draft, prototype, and realize design solutions 
• Participate in team agile ceremonies and sprints 
• Work closely with the Intrinsic Product Director, Chief Technology Officer, and team Scrum Master to assure the platform is being delivered on time and exceeding client expectations 
• Be a passionate advocate for the user and translate their feedback into design features and solutions 
• Assure team cohesiveness in a “leadership by example” approach, building high-quality product features that exceed client expectations 
• Design, build, and push a new product to an emerging marketspace 

Work on a dynamic, adaptable, and high performing team helping the UX process for Intrinsic’s core capabilities: 

• Modern Software Engineering 
• Customized AI/ML 
• Operational and Simulated Training 
• Enterprise Cloud and Offline Environments 
• AR/VR and Live Virtual Constructive Simulation 
• Product Development with UX/UI Prototyping 
• Big Data Analytics 

Minimum qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience 
• 2 years of relevant experience on a diverse software development team 
• 2 years of experience working in Agile delivery environments 
• Experience designing wire frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity front-end designs for intuitive user interaction 
• 1 year of experience with web environments such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript 
• 1 years of experience with industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Miro 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Experience building and shipping products 
• Experience working with the DoD, large aerospace enterprise, or AI/ML industry 
• 3 years in production and operations on consumer digital products 
• 3 years of experience in UX design 
• 3 years of project management experience within design or UX organizations 
• Interest and ability to learn new technologies as needed 

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
