Overview:
With the addition of a new client, we are seeking an Entry-level marketing associate to assist the marketing, sales, and management teams. You will assist in the daily operations with clients and keep up to date with client promotions. Coordinating clients' promotional events and maintaining knowledge of their products and services. You will stay current with industry trends, product information, and product compliance changes while participating in daily training and sales courses with management. Ensure consistency, upbeat, and honesty when engaging with customers and clients face-to-face. You will maintain a professional relationship with clients and consumers in order to close sales.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and retain customers by promoting client's products
- Provide superior customer service and demonstrate the highest level of integrity to clients in order to develop trust and lasting relationships
- Conduct daily scenarios with the customer service and sales teams to ensure they are prepared and confident before engaging with the public
