Who Are You?
The Client Success Account Coordinator candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is passionate about driving results. Qualified candidates will possess:
- 1 years of digital marketing and/or account management experience
- A bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for getting people excited about what you’re saying
- A high degree of autonomy, strong sense of accountability, keen attention to details and problem solving
- The ability to analyze data points and provide key insights and recommendations
- The utmost of integrity, both with clients and with colleagues
- A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
- Exceptional teamwork skills: you support the success of those around you
- Excellent organization with the ability to work independently and multitask with minimal supervision
- Experience with HubSpot & Asana is a plus
- A background in Multifamily is highly desirable
What will you do at Intrinsic Digital?
As a Client Success Account Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients and immerse yourself in the digital marketing strategies for each client. You will also:
- Contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Learn how our digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
- Analyze digital campaign success and report on key performance indicators and metrics
- Suggest and collaborate on digital projects to increase client ROI
- Present new strategies to clients
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends
