COMPENSATION RANGE: $60,000 to $90,000 based upon experience
THE COMPANY: Intrinsic Development is a full service real estate development company that specializes in upscale multi-family and commercial mixed-use developments. Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states. We are excited to expand into Lee's Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office. This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260 acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.

This position will evaluate and optimize property investments by through financial modeling, overseeing property performance metrics, and supporting acquisitions and financing efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of real estate markets to maximize asset value while managing multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.

REAL ESTATE ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and analyze financial models to evaluate current and projected performance of property investments, preparing insights and recommendations for senior management.
- Monitor and support relationships with property management teams to ensure effective execution of asset-level strategies.
- Apply revenue management and lease pricing practices to support rent optimization and market competitiveness.
- Assist in the acquisition, disposition, and financing activities for real estate assets by preparing financial packages, due diligence materials, and supporting documentation.
- Research and interpret real estate market conditions and trends within relevant submarkets to inform investment and operational decisions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, contractors, third-party managers, appraisers, brokers, and other partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects and services.
- Support efforts to maximize revenue, manage operating expenses, and enhance the long-term value of retained real estate assets.
- Prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple complex projects at various stages to meet aggressive timelines and deadlines.
- Assist with reviewing and summarizing contracts ("contract scrubbing") to support internal decision-making and compliance.
- Collaborate with the pre-construction team to support purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and procurement workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field focus
- Experience in multifamily or commercial real estate debt/investment property underwriting a plus
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with quick retention of financial concepts
- Self-starter with excellent deductive reasoning ability and ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional and effective manner
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
