Responsibilities

• Provide individual, child, adolescent, and family counseling services
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with schools, physicians, and community providers as appropriate
• Participate in supervision and professional development activities
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality requirements
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• Registered Virginia LPC Resident in Counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for serving women, children, and families
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop clinical expertise
• Experience with children, play therapy, family systems, or trauma-informed care is preferred but not required

Intrinseq Counseling is a small but growing private practice intentionally designed to feel warm, welcoming, and supportive for both clients and clinicians. Our current team includes a Licensed Professional Counselor, dedicated administrative support, and additional clinicians joining as we continue to expand.

Our long-term vision extends beyond traditional counseling services. We hope to create a comprehensive wellness space for women and children that includes support groups, wellness programming, kid yoga, massage therapy, educational opportunities, and other community-centered resources that promote healing and well-being.

Pay: $58.00 - $62.00 per hour
