Responsibilities
- Provide individual, child, adolescent, and family counseling services
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with schools, physicians, and community providers as appropriate
- Participate in supervision and professional development activities
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality requirements
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Registered Virginia LPC Resident in Counseling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for serving women, children, and families
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop clinical expertise
- Experience with children, play therapy, family systems, or trauma-informed care is preferred but not required

Pay: $58.00 - $62.00 per hour
