Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation, finishing, and detailing of concrete surfaces on various construction projects. Responsibilities
- Assist with the placement, leveling, and finishing of concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools
- Support rebar installation and concrete forming to ensure structural integrity
- Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on-site
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for concrete pouring, curing, and restoration projects
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials regularly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites with concrete finishing or related trades preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
- Knowledge of rebar installation, formwork, stucco, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, welding, roofing, metal stud framing, renovation or restoration is a plus
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking on uneven surfaces
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience is advantageous
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in concrete finishing and construction processes

Pay: $17.00 - $29.00 per hour
