Position contingent upon contract award As the Dietician, you will be responsible for delivering expert nutrition consultation and support to personnel in a secure government environment. The role will involve conducting dietary assessments, developing individualized nutrition plans, supporting readiness and resilience initiatives, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide evidence-based nutrition assessments and individualized counseling to government personnel. Support overall health, wellness, and performance goals through tailored nutrition plans. Collaborate with occupational health professionals Develop nutritional related educational materials and wellness content suitable for a cleared population. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans and adjust recommendations accordingly. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all operational scrutiny protocols. Contribute to research and data collection efforts related to performance nutrition and operational readiness. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in good standing. Minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical, operations, or corporate wellness experience. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Strong Interpersonal and communication skills in high security, high pressure environment. Experience working within federal health or intelligence community is highly desirable. Knowledge of HIPAA, DoD/IC health regulations, and performance nutrition best practices.
