What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Control Analyst (PCA)-HYBRID position at Intrepid?

We are looking for a Program Control Analyst (PCA)-HYBRID to join our team in supporting Intrepid Corporate.
The PCA is responsible for full life cycle contract support including contract startup, estimates at completion, monthly forecasting, invoice review, financial status reports, and variance analysis.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Providing expert assistance to program/project managers in cost control and schedule performance.
- Tracking actual expenditures against program/project baselines.
- Assigning labor categories and work authorizations.
- Preparing cost reports for customers and assisting in all preparations of customer and subcontractor billings.
- Preparing and maintaining baseline cost budgets for programs/projects.
- Soliciting and approving subcontractor proposals and management plans.
- Preparing ROMs and performing special projects as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
At a minimum you should have:
- 5 years directly related experience in accounting, program/project control, or contracts/subcontracts administration.
- An active SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- A Bachelors degree in a business discipline, preferably accounting or finance; directly related experience may substitute for a degree.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
You will be highly desirable if you have:
- Experience with Deltek, CostPoint, and COGNOS.
- Proficiency in the application of direct costs, indirect costs, and cost pools

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000
The provided salary range serves as a broad reference. However, Intrepid takes various factors into account when establishing base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.
