Responsibilities
The SIGINT Analyst shall:
- Provide assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of existing and proposed Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space-based SIGINT components of architectures, including identification of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare recommendations for consideration.
- Participate in forums with external organizations concerning employment, acquisition, and development of SIGINT collection, processing exploitation, and dissemination systems.
- Recommend and evaluate SIGINT policy, architecture, requirements, and system development decisions for client staff.
- Provide SIGINT expertise on the operations of SIGINT systems and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Participate in SIGINT portions of training.
- This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.
- Limited or minimal travel expected.
CLEARANCE:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science discipline; OR Associate's degree in an engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science discipline 4 years of work experience; OR 6 years of work experience.
- Master's degree in an engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science discipline preferred.
- N/A
- 7 years of experience as a SIGINT Analyst in the Intelligence Community (IC) or DOD, OR a minimum of 7 years of experience providing subject matter expertise to DoD SIGINT programs / projects.
- Experience on the operation of National and Tactical SIGINT systems and associated tactics, techniques, and procedures recommended.
