Intrepid Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Study Coordinator to join our growing independent clinical research facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our practice conducts Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on mental health research.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing medical research while providing exceptional care to study participants.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from start-up through close-out.
- Recruit, screen, and schedule study participants.
- Conduct study visits according to protocol and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Collect, document, and maintain accurate source documentation and case report forms.
- Ensure protocol compliance and participant safety throughout each study.
- Communicate effectively with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and study participants.
- Maintain regulatory documents and assist with study audits and monitoring visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3–5 years of experience in a clinical research setting.
- Previous experience or professional background in mental health/psychiatry is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations is preferred.
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification is preferred but not required.
