We are seeking a dependable and service-minded security professional to support the safety, comfort, and peace of mind of residents and guests in a residential community during overnight hours. Responsibilities
- Monitor community entrances, common areas, and property grounds during the overnight shift.
- Help deter unauthorized activity through routine patrols, visibility, and access monitoring.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns, incidents, and maintenance-related safety issues.
- Document activity, observations, and incidents accurately in written reports or logs.
- Coordinate with management, emergency services, and other personnel when needed.
- Support access control procedures for residents, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
- Address disturbances or policy violations in a courteous, firm, and professional manner.
- Maintain a neat appearance and uphold a professional presence throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous security, public safety, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to remain alert, observant, and detail-oriented during overnight hours.
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
- Ability to follow procedures, document information clearly, and work independently.
- Comfortable using radios, logs, incident reports, and basic security equipment as required.
