Job Overview
Intrepid-Build is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings while ensuring all work complies with safety standards and local electrical codes.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial environments
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Perform electrical installations in compliance with local codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and within budget
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial electrical experience (required)
- Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of industrial, low-voltage, and high-voltage electrical systems
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of frame carpentry for installation support
- Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00–$36.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
- 8-hour shift (Potential for night shift) 5:00pm to 12:00am
