SUMMARY OF POSITION

:
The Quality Assurance Inspector plays a key role in supporting the site quality program by conducting inspections and surveillance to verify compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and specifications. This position is essential to ensuring project deliverables meet client quality expectatio

ns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIO

  Review and understand project technical requirements, including the prime contract, applicable codes, standards, and specificat
• ions.Conduct regular inspections and surveillance of construction activities to verify compliance with project quality stand
• ards.Document inspection results and report any non-conformance or quality is
• sues.Support quality audits and assist in gathering necessary documentation for audit activi
• ties.Provide input and recommendations on quality-related issues or improvements within assigned a
• reas.Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections and quality-related activi
• ties.Follow all site safety, quality, and environmental policies and proced
• ures.Perform other duties as assi

gned.


DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFIC

• ATIONS:
  Accredited two (2) or three (3) year Technical or Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent work ex
• perience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in construction or industrial project envi
• ronments.Industry certifications preferred, such as: ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing, AWS (American Welding Society), API (American Petroleum Institute) or NACE (National Association of Corrosion En
• gineers).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Pow

erPoint).
