This is a hybrid role requiring that the selected candidate be able to work some portion of time in the Intras Cloud Services offices.
- Assisting users with a variety of issues including but not limited to: software application errors; software installation/configuration; desktop/laptop hardware; network communications; Internet connectivity; Point of Sale (POS) hardware/software; printers/scanners.
- Documenting all work performed through a ticket tracking system and effectively route and/or escalate tickets to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborating with team members to form effective technical solutions.
- Interacting with ICS leadership and team members to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
- Monitoring customer infrastructure using provided tools and ensure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or higher in Computer Science, Internet Technology or related fields and/or 1-3 years applicable work experience in IT support preferred
- Knowledge and/or experience with following technologies; Windows 10, MACOS, MS Office, Office 365.
- The ability to multi-task and maintain good communication is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent problem analysis and solving skills.
- Self-starter, dependable and accurate in completing tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
· IT related certifications(i.e. A , Network , Security , ITIL or MCP)
· Familiarity with remote support and management tools
· Knowledge of on-premises and/or cloud-based Backup/Recovery tools
