Role Overview: Account Executive
You’ll drive revenue and expansion by delivering ICS’s
cutting-edge MSP solutions to new and existing clients in the Dallas Metro
region. We're looking for someone proactive, energetic, and ready to thrive in
a fast-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer
Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients excited
about the cloud and digital transformation.
- Relationship
Builder: Forge lasting partnerships by understanding clients’
needs and delivering custom solutions.
- Product
Mastery: Become an expert in our portfolio—Managed Services,
Enterprise Solutions, Consulting, and AI innovations.
- Strategy
& Trends: Collaborate on sales pitches, identify industry
trends, and position ICS as the go-to expert for IT transformation.
- Consultative
Sell: Show prospects the difference ICS makes, focusing on value
and differentiation.
- Lead
Generation: Leverage cold calling, email, and events for pipeline
growth.
- Reporting: Keep
CRM records up-to-date and provide regular sales goal reports.
Requirements
What You Need
- 3
years successful sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding
targets.
- Background
(or keen interest) in IT, managed services, or cybersecurity.
- Real
passion and knowledge for AI (a huge plus!).
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills—verbal and written.
- Drive
to work independently as well as collaborate within a high-performing
team.
