Intraflo Lubrication Systems, a trusted name since 2007, is seeking a professional, technically-minded Key Account Sales Representative to cover key accounts in regions of North America. This is a remote, field-based role with a strong focus on relationship-building and technical problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers in your territory.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with purchasing agents, engineers, maintenance managers, and technicians.
  • Identify and solve technical challenges using a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales leadership and product management.
  • Manage your schedule and territory with autonomy and ownership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in technical sales, mobile equipment, or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a technically-inclined mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role and takes initiative to grow the territory.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of professional roles, from buyers to engineers.

We are a growing company with a need for a variety of positions and are looking for someone that wants a long term working relationship with opportunities for growth.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
