Job Title: Servicenow IRM Engineers
Multiple Locations: Phoenix AZ/ New York NY/Salt Lake City UT
Job Requirement:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5 years of ServiceNow administration and development experience with IRM/GRC modules.
Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
Provide day-to-day user support and resolve tickets related to ServiceNow IRM
Solid experience with IRM/GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, and/or Audit)
Hands-on experience with upgrades, cloning, and integrations.
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CAD (CIS Risk & Compliance preferred).
