We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst with experience in banking or financial services to support regulatory reporting, business analysis, and data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing regulatory filings, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining reporting controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory compliance requirements
.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and support regulatory filings including FR Y-9C, Call Report, FR 2052a, FR Y-14, and other related regulatory schedules
- Analyze, validate, and reconcile financial and regulatory data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform business analysis to identify reporting issues, data discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities
- Execute data quality checks, validation procedures, and reporting controls to support regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology teams to gather, validate, and resolve reporting data requirements
- Support regulatory reporting process enhancements, automation initiatives, and control improvements
- Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and documentation requests
- Maintain process documentation, reporting procedures, and governance standards to support regulatory compliance
.Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in regulatory reporting, business analysis, or data management within the banking or financial services industry
- Hands-on experience preparing or supporting regulatory filings such as FR Y-9, Call Report, FR 2052a, FR Y-1
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting processes, data governance, controls, and financial reporting
- Experience with AxiomSL (Nasdaq AxiomSL) regulatory reporting platform
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional business and technology teams
.Preferred Qualification
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA
- Public accounting experience
- Master's degree or other advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Prior experience working with large financial institutions or global banking organizations
