What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Security Engineer position at IntraEdge?
We’re looking for a Data Security Engineer to support our DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) initiatives across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard data sources and manage DSPM tools (on-prem & cloud) Cyera, Digg, BigID, Varonis, etc.)
- Drive data discovery, classification, and policy enforcement
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data security posture
Required Skills
- 5 years in Cybersecurity / Data Security / Data Engineering
- Strong experience in data classification & DSPM
- Hands-on with APIs, Python, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with data platforms, SIEM/SOAR, ITAM/CMDB integrations
- Knowledge of PCI / PII frameworks
