What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter position at Intracoastal Building and Management?
We are currently looking for carpenters for work in Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Figure 8 Island.
We are a residential construction company that primarily focuses on providing high quality carpentry work in renovation framing, siding, exterior trim, ipe decks, cable rail, setting windows and doors and interior trim work for high end builders and homeowners. We are an unlimited licensed General Contractor with a Building classification with 40 years of carpentry experience.
Job Requirements for carpenters and helpers:
Transportation - You must have a vehicle you can use all day everyday. Travel between job sites may be necessary from time to time. Personal tools are require for this position. Good communication skills are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
Experience:
- Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)
