What You Will Do:

Culinary Precision: Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts with deep knowledge of recipes and prep methods, including meat/fish fabrication, sauces, baking, and vegetable preparation.

Station Logistics: Manage thorough station set-ups, breakdowns, and line checks while maintaining sufficient par levels and backups at all times.

Uphold the Standard: Maintain IGC’s high standards for quality, absolute freshness, cleanliness, and strict adherence to State and County food safety/Health Department standards.

Team Synergy: Maintain honest, open communication with staff and leadership, assisting teammates whenever possible to ensure an effective, guest-focused club operation.
