Promptly and consistently following up on leads to maximize every opportunity.
Building genuine relationships with clients to understand their needs and uncover more opportunities.
Guiding buyers and sellers through expert consultations.
Hosting open houses that showcase our listings and convert visitors into buyers.
Managing transactions smoothly from contract to close.
Expanding the business by attracting new clients through your expertise.
Staying informed on local market trends to always be the expert in the room. What You Bring to the Table
Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right attitude.
Comfort with technology and digital tools in a fast-paced, tech-driven industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
A valid Real Estate License (required).
