Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, client meetings and attending industry events.
- Research and identify potential clients in need of web development services, including custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Understand client needs and requirements to recommend tailored web development solutions that align with their business goals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing services, follow-up, and regular communication.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system to track leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a web development, software, or technology-related industry.
- Understanding of web development termologies (e.g., custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, web design).
- Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage clients and present solutions effectively.
