This role supports a trust administration team responsible for servicing individual trust clients and financial advisors across the U.S. The position focuses on handling the day-to-day administrative activities of trust accounts, including processing money movement, completing service tasks, responding to client inquiries, and assisting with account management. The individual works closely under the direction of a Trust Officer, helping manage client expectations, monitor account activity, and ensure policies and procedures are followed to reduce risk and maintain accuracy. The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent experience and around 2 years of experience in trust administration, with strong organizational and communication skills suited for a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Experience with money movement processing, Salesforce, and cashiering systems is highly valued. Success in this role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, follow detailed instructions, collaborate with internal teams and advisors, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while supporting trust operations.
