This role is for a Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce Administrator experience and a background in data analytics. The position works closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, define system and data requirements, and deliver scalable CRM solutions. It focuses heavily on improving and managing Salesforce data quality, governance, and overall system effectiveness. The role requires someone who can think strategically about data, translate insights into practical solutions, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in systems analysis and at least 2 years in application or production support. Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience is required, along with advanced data analysis skills, including working with large datasets, SQL (required), and tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience with data governance, data hygiene initiatives, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake is important. The role also requires strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and deliver results. Must Have :- • Salesforce subject matter expert. • SQL queries (SOSQL does not suffice). • Ability work and succeed in a group setting (someone that is technical but has to work in a silo will not be a fit for this team).
