Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Visio, Smartsheets, and Orbus Infinity (at least 2 of these)(as an IT Support Analyst) Assist in creating system and data architectural diagrams Project Coordination skills: Exposure working with a cross-functional teams to support review requests and Q&A, being asked to set meetings when necessary.
