Business Analyst What You'll Need to Have: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Infrastructure, or similar discipline. • Experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry; mortgage domain experience preferred. • Prior experience working in Agile and SAFe environments. • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Kanban Boards, and other collaborative platforms. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills. • Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), validating requirements, and working with QA teams. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. • Strong business process documentation skills. • Experience in CI/CD environments. • Ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders, with the communication skills to diplomatically challenge when needed. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, presentation, and time management skills. • Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic, with strong critical thinking and interpersonal abilities.
