• Bachelor’s/Master’s in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Public Health, or related. • 7 years professional GIS experience; 3 years in architect/lead role. • Expert-level proficiency in Esri ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro Advanced, data management, geocoding, network analysis, web mapping). • Proven experience in geospatial governance, data architectures, workflows, and metadata standards. • Experience in stakeholder engagement and inter-agency collaboration. • Strong data management, QA, and metadata knowledge. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
