Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis to evaluate manufacturing requirements against Opcenter standard capabilities.
- Design end‑to‑end MES solutions that support manufacturing operations, traceability, quality, and compliance.
- Develop solution blueprints, system architectures, data models, and technical design documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with ISA‑95 principles and enterprise architecture standards.
- Design and build Opcenter customizations including services, rules, events, extensions, and UI components.
- Architect and implement integrations between Opcenter and ERP (e.g., SAP), PLM, SCADA, automation, historians, and other enterprise systems.
- Design and develop interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, messaging frameworks, or Opcenter Integration Frameworks.
- Ensure data integrity, reliability, performance, and traceability across integrated systems.
- Support MES deployment activities including configuration, technical testing, validation, and release readiness.
- Develop and execute technical test scripts and support GxP documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with Siemens Opcenter / Camstar MES solutions.
- Hands‑on experience designing and implementing MES customizations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of MES architecture, manufacturing systems, and shop‑floor operations.
- Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, web services).
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Opcenter Execution (Discrete, Process, or Medical/Pharma).
- Experience working in regulated or validated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO).
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of CN MOM / CIO, Solution Configuration / Build with Designer / Portal Studio
- Exposure to ITIL processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Salary : $80 - $90
