About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Engineer with a strong background in React and modern JavaScript frameworks to design and develop intuitive, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building elegant user interfaces, a deep understanding of state management, and a desire to grow into a leadership role within a collaborative engineering team.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React, JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement and maintain functional components and leverage React Hooks for efficient, scalable code.
• Manage complex application states using Redux, Context API, and local state management strategies.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, working with JSON and modern web service technologies.
• Utilize external UI libraries such as Bootstrap to deliver high-quality, visually appealing interfaces.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using the React Testing Library to ensure robust, high-quality applications.
• Optimize front-end performance to achieve faster load times and seamless user experiences.
• Apply object-oriented design principles and contribute to architectural decisions that drive scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using tools such as Git and Jira.
• Take initiative on projects and demonstrate a desire to grow into a technical leadership position.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a Front-End or Software Engineer.
• 8 years of hands-on experience with React, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong expertise in Redux, Context API, and state management best practices.
• Solid experience with React Hooks and functional components.
• Proficient in RESTful API integration and working with JSON.
• Skilled in code optimization and front-end performance tuning.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile collaboration tools (Jira).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate across teams.
• A growth mindset and a passion for developing into a leadership role.
