Position : OCM Consultant
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Must Have:
- 3–5 years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
- Experience supporting IT projects (ERP, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Software Implementations)
- Change Impact Assessments
- Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement
- Communication Planning & Execution
- Training Planning & End-User Adoption
- Readiness & Resistance Management
- PMBOK knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead OCM activities for IT projects
- Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
- Coordinate workshops, meetings, and end-user training
- Monitor project milestones and OCM deliverables
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Teams, and Business Stakeholders
- Support enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives
